Officer Leo Anchuk has been with the Sacramento Police Department since 2018. He has worked in the patrol division, as well as on the Marijuana Compliance Team. Leo is originally from the Ukraine and enjoys filming/editing the Team’s social media and recruiting videos.

Officer Brian Laird has been with the Sacramento Police Department since 2002. He has worked in the patrol division, the traffic division as a motorcycle officer, as a recruit training officer, and background investigator. In his off time, he enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors with his wife.

Officer Katie Rappazzo has been with the Sacramento Police Department since 2017. She has worked in the patrol division, where she received a Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) award for her work in reducing impaired driving in 2018. Katie works as a part-time training officer for the Field Training Unit.

She is also pursuing her master’s degree in social work. Lindsey loves dogs and helping everyone find their way into law enforcement.

She was previously assigned to the Office of Operations, East Command. She has previously worked in Patrol, Magnet Academy/Recruiting, the Crime Suppression Unit, Entertainment Team, Internal Affairs, and the Public Information Office. During her free time, she enjoys hanging out with family and friends.
