Lieutenant Jared Kiser grew up in Sacramento and attended Hiram Johnson West Campus High School and Sacramento State University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Jared joined the Sacramento Police Department in 2004.
Jared has worked as a Patrol Officer, School Resource Officer, and Field Training Officer. As a supervisor, he has worked as a Patrol Sergeant, Mounted Marine Sergeant, Youth Services Sergeant overseeing our Magnet Academies, Acting Watch Commander, and Internal Affairs Sergeant.
As a Lieutenant he worked in the Office of Operations as a South Comand Watch Commander and now oversees the Personnel Services Divison.Jared is the recipient of two department Unit Citation Awards.
Outside of work, Jared spends all his time (and money) supporting his kids and their sports.

Sergeant Leah Antonetti has served with the Sacramento Police Department since 2005. Over the course of her career, she has worked as a Problem-Oriented Policing Officer, Bicycle Officer, Mounted Officer, and a Detective in Internal Affairs.
As a sergeant, she has supervised a variety of specialized units, including the Entertainment Team, Youth Services, School Resource Officers, and the Criminal Justice Magnet Academy. She currently oversees the Recruiting Unit.
In her free time, Leah enjoys cheering on her children from the sidelines at their sporting events and serving as a Girl Scout troop leader.

In his free time, he enjoys riding motorcycles and playing music on his guitar.

Born in Mexico, Officer Espinoza brings a valuable bilingual and multicultural perspective to the department.

Officer Steffany Stahl is a Sacramento native who has served with the Sacramento Police Department since 2022. She has worked as a Patrol Officer and as a crisis negotiator with the department’s Crisis Negotiation Team. Outside of work, Officer Stahl enjoys spending time with her family and hiking.

Administrative Technician Kayla Perez grew up in Sacramento and attended C.K. McClatchy High School before graduating from Sacramento State University with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. She joined the Sacramento Police Department in 2019 as a Student Trainee and now serves as an Administrative Technician assigned to Recruiting. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys running, going to the movies, and trying new local coffee shops in search of the perfect matcha.
